At Best Vibrators, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
